- A 3% convenience charge will be added to all credit card transactions.
- Check-in time is at 3pm/ check-out time is at 10am
- BRIARCLIFFE MEMBER RELATIVE PARK MODEL RATE: Relative rate is offered to mother, father, and adult children of members. The member must make the reservation.
- RESERVATIONS: All site and park model reservations can be made six (6) months in advance.
- PARK MODEL DEPOSIT: One night's deposit is required. You can either send a check within seven (7) days of making your reservation or we will accept your Visa, MasterCard or Discover over the phone.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $200 security deposit is required at check-in on all units. You will be refunded this deposit after the unit had been inspected. ( Must be paid with a credit card - no checks accepted)
- CANCELLATIONS ON PARK MODEL RESERVATIONS: You must cancel your park model reservation seven (7) days prior to your arrival date or forfeit one night's stay.
- UTILITY FEE: All members and guests are subject to a daily utility fee of $2 per day.
- PET FRIENDLY UNITS: We have two(2) pet Park Model. $50 non-refundable fee applies. Pets are not allowed in other Park Models. If pets are brought in, you will be made to check out immediately with no refund.
