*Please read the following terms and conditions for the rates listed above:
- A 3% convenience fee will be charged to all credit card transactions.
- EXTENDED STAY RATES: The above rates include tax and electric.
- GUEST RATES MONTHLY PEAK SEASON: Limited number of sites at this rate.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200.00 Security Deposit is required on all units. (checks are no longer accepted)
- RESERVATIONS: Month-long reservations require 50% deposit on total amount due. Balance due upon arrival.
- CANCELLATIONS ON EXTENDED STAY RESERVATIONS: Cancellations require seven (7) days prior notice to obtain a refund.
SMOKING: All Park Models are non-smoking units.
- PET FRIENDLY UNITS: We have two(2) pet Park Model. $50 non-refundable fee applies. Pets are not allowed in other Park Models. If pets are brought in, you will be made to check out immediately with no refund
- ELECTRIC FEE: All members and guests are subject to a daily utility fee of $4 per day.
