Briarcliffe is a membership park and we are open to the public.  Membership would allow you to stay a maximum of 15 consecutive nights at $4 per day. Then you must go out of the resort for 6 nights before your next visit. You can visit as often as our calendar and availability permits.  We also offer the opportunity to remain in the resort for the 6 day out period for a daily fee ($30 - $45.), if space is available. 

Memberships are currently available in the office for $3,500(plus the transfer fee of $500). .   Our annual dues are $520 per year (Dues may increase as cost to operate the resort increases).
