From the moment you arrive, you will notice the excellent landscaping and care provided by resort staff and volunteers. As you enter through the gated entry, you will recognize that Briarcliffe RV Resort is not just any RV resort. The resort has paved streets with street lights and each site has a concrete parking area and patio. Our sites are able to accept big rigs and provide the utilities to accommodate your state of the art equipment. All of our sites are back-in sites, no pull through sites or buddy sites. The resort maintains two bathhouses with tiled hot water facilities and restrooms with handicap access.
Highlighting Briarcliffe's amenities is the 85 foot oversized Olympic swimming pool with cool deck and lounges to offer swimming or just lying in the sun. The view from the pool overlooks the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. Outdoor activities include an 18-hole miniature golf course, shuffleboard, basketball court and a youth playground. The resort also offers an all-denominational church service every Sunday.
Situated less than a mile from the Atlantic Ocean and the white sand beaches of the Grand Strand, you will find that public parking is available to drive right to the beach.
If golf is your interest, we have several courses within five miles of the resort and over 100 in the metropolitan area. Barefoot Landing shops are within walking distance. Located in the same complex are several restaurants, the Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Everyone needs a Wal-mart, and one is located a mile south of the resorts. The Tanger Outlet Mall is across the road from Wal-mart. The Myrtle Beach Mall with a Bass Pro Shop - the only one in South Carolina - is located in the same area. The Carolina Opry and Pirates Voyageare only a short drive from Briarcliffe.
