- GUEST RATES MONTHLY PEAK SEASON: Limited number of sites at this rate.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: $100.00 Security Deposit is required on Park Models.
- RESERVATIONS: Month-long reservations require 50% deposit on total amount due. Balance due upon arrival.
- CANCELLATIONS ON EXTENDED STAY RESERVATIONS: Cancellations require seven (7) days prior notice to obtain a refund.
- SMOKING: All Park Models are non-smoking units.
- PET FRIENDLY UNITS: We have one (1) pet Park Model. $50 non-refundable fee applies. Pets are not allowed in other Park Models. If pets are brought in, you will be made to check out immediately with no refund
- ELECTRIC FEE: All members and guests are subject to a daily electric fee of $1 per day.
