** Passport America - Two night minimum stay, valid Sunday - Thursday only, Block out holidays
- A 3% convenience fee will be charged on all credit card transactions.
- BRIARCLIFFE MEMBER RELATIVE SITE RATE: Relative site rate is offered to mother, father, and adult children of members. The member must make the reservation.
- BRIARCLIFFE MEMBER 6 DAY EXTENSION: The 6 Day Extension is based on availability.
- RESERVATIONS: All site and park model reservations can be made six (6) months in advance.
- SITE DEPOSIT: One nights' deposit must be received by our office within ten (10) days of making your reservations. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- CANCELLATIONS ON SITE RESERVATIONS: Members and Guests must cancel reservations seven (7) days in advance. Guests that do not cancel seven days in advance will forfeit your deposit. Members who fail to cancel seven days in advance will be charged a $50 fine for failure to cancel. Over all holidays and special events, members must change or cancel 14 days in advance or will have a $50 fee to cancel or change their reservation.
- GOLF CARTS: Members and guests are subject to a daily fee for use of a golf cart. Proof of insurance is required.
- UTILITY FEE: All members and guests are subject to a daily utility fee of $4 per day.
- BLACK OUT DATES: Guest reservations are not accepted over ALL holidays or special events..
